Smoking affects the human body in so many different angles. Smoking is injurious to health and causes countless disease. The long-term side effects of smoking include stroke and brain damage, eye cataracts macular, degenerations, yellowing of whites of eyes, cancers of nose, lips, tongue and mouth.

80,000 Pakistanis die annually by smoking. According to the Pakistan demographic Health Survey 46 percent man and 5.7 percent women smoke tobacco. This habit is mostly found in the youth of Pakistan and in formers. Smoking is also considered as a fashion, high amount of the youth in Karachi is addicted to tobacco smoking, the reason of great amount of Hookah lounges in the country. Pakistanis spent Rs. 250 billion on over 64 billion cigarettes in the financial year 2014.

Smoking tobacco has no advantages only what smokers think it relaxes for their mind but in actual they are losing their senses such as Sense of smell and taste. Life expectancy for smokers is at least 10 years shorter than non-smokers. Think About It!
