ICJ has no jurisdiction to hear Yadav case: FO

ISLAMABAD: International Court of Justice (ICJ) has no jurisdiction to hear case of Indian RAW agent Kulbhushan Yadav as it pertains to the national security of Pakistan, said Foreign Office spokesman.

In his weekly media briefing, Foreign Office spokesman Nafees Zakaria said Pakistan’s reply [to the court] was submitted in line with Article 36 of the Vienna Convention, explaining that Pakistan, in some issues, does not recognise the jurisdiction of the ICJ.-Agencies
